I’m Hadlea Shaw, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, former D1 cheerleader, and bikini competitor. My passion for health and fitness began on the cheer mat, but it didn’t stop there. After college, I transitioned into a new chapter, focusing on helping others achieve their fitness goals and live a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.
